What we collect
When you request a quote, book a consultation, or contact us through the site, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, project location, and any project details you choose to share.
We also collect basic usage data through standard web analytics (page views, device type, referring source) so we can improve the site.
How we use it
- To send you the estimate you asked for, once.
- To schedule and confirm an in-home design appointment if you ask for one.
- To send project paperwork, warranty registration, and post-install follow-ups for active customers.
- To improve our website and basic, non-personalised marketing.
What we do not do: sell or share your personal information, add you to a marketing list, run "just checking in" drip campaigns, or pass your details to third-party lead networks. If you submit the calculator and the price does not work for you, you will not hear from us again.
Who sees it
Your information is shared only with the Just Bath team and the small set of service providers we use to run the business (CRM, email, scheduling, analytics). Each of those providers is bound by their own privacy commitments.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the personal information we have about you at any time. Email info@justbathusa.com and we will take care of it within a reasonable timeframe.
