Questions Just Bath gets every week.
Will you spam or upsell me after I get a quote?
No. You finish the calculator, we email you your number, and that is it. We do not run drip campaigns, we do not sell your email, and we do not call to "check in." If the price works for you, you call us. If it does not, you never hear from us again. That is the deal.
How long does a Just Bath install really take?
Most tub or shower conversions are finished in a single day. Larger projects with a surround swap, new fixtures, and tile usually run two days. We give you a firm number before we start, in writing.
Do you tear out my existing tub or shower?
Only when it makes sense. Our acrylic systems install directly over sound substrate, which is what makes the one-day install possible. If we need to remove the old one (cracked liner, rotted subfloor), we will tell you up front.
Is the lifetime warranty real?
Yes. Written, registered, and transferable. It covers manufacturing defects and finish for as long as you own the home, and installation workmanship is covered for a full year. We honor it ourselves; you call us, not a 1-800 number in another state.
Can I finance the project?
We work with several lenders that offer 0% promotional financing for qualified buyers. Most of our customers split the project across 12, 24, or 60 months. We can run the soft credit check during your design appointment.
Do you serve outside Pittsburgh?
Our home base is the Greater Pittsburgh region, but our crews regularly travel through Western PA, MD, DC, VA, and parts of NY. Call us and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
